Smile Gallery: Tooth-Colored Fillings

Old broken compromised amalgam filling and some minor decay. The filling and decay were removed from the tooth. The tooth was cleaned and a fresh, brand new composite filling matching the rest of the tooth was placed. Form and function were restored.

Patient wished for a brighter smile and her old worn composite fillings in the front teeth to match her new lighter smile. We made custom fitting take home bleaching trays and had the patient bleached her teeth for two weeks as directed. Then the old worn composite fillings in her front teeth were replaced with new composite fillings that matched her new beautiful lighter shade. She was very happy with her improved smile!

Instant Orthodontics through Cosmetic Bonding-------- Patient had daughter's wedding coming up and wished for an improved smile. Patient did not want to go through braces or any orthodontics due to the short time period that was allowed at that time. Also, patient was a heavy smoker and the shade of the teeth reflected that. The composite filling material can be bonded to the teeth and sculpted to the dimensions we choose. The end result was a more symmetrically pleasing and lighter shaded smile. The patient was ecstatic!
